We believe in a mutually beneficial, long-term
relationship with groups/organisations with who we
have basic principles in common, these principles
being:
-respect for the environment
-compassion and empathy for fellow humans
-development of local skills
-self-sustainability

Such a partnership is not based on self-interest. If any
of our partners is unable to deliver for valid reasons,
then we attempt to work along with them to overcome
the problems rather than sever the relationship.

These relationships can be based on trade
(buying/selling each other's products, education  
(which includes vocational training) or just sharing
experiences and learning from each other.

Building up a partnership is a longer process as it has
to be based on absolute trust and compatibility.
